Common questions.
How does the free trial work?
Three days free, full access. We ask for a card up front so the trial-to-paid handoff is seamless; you can cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access through the end of your current billing period. After that the workspace goes read-only — your data stays put for 90 days in case you come back.
Are there really no per-seat costs?
Right. Invite your whole team for $19.99/month total. We cap workspaces (and members) at sane limits to prevent abuse, but small and mid-sized teams will never hit them.
Can I use Pinvale for non-geographic leads too?
Yes. The map is the headline feature, but the pipeline kanban, calendar, and tasks work fine for leads without addresses. Address-less leads just don't render on the map view.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Not yet. We may add an annual option down the road; for now it's monthly so the price stays predictable.
Is my data exportable?
Yes. CSV export of all leads, tasks, and events is available from settings any time, including during the free trial.
