By using Pinvale you agree to these terms. They're meant to be read, not skimmed.
The service
Pinvale provides a hosted CRM application accessible at app.pinvale.com. We do our best to keep it available and fast; we can't guarantee 100% uptime, but we'll communicate honestly about issues when they happen.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity in your workspace. If you invite teammates, they get access scoped by the role you assign them. If you stop being a customer, you keep read-only access to your workspace through the end of your billing period; after that the workspace is locked and queued for deletion 90 days later.
Billing
Pinvale Pro is $19.99 USD per month, charged after a 3-day free trial. Card data is handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep full access until then. Refunds for partial periods aren't standard, but reach out if something went wrong and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pinvale to harass people, send spam, run scams, store illegal content, or otherwise do things that get us into legal trouble. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in any of the above without refund.
Your data
You own the data you put into Pinvale. We won't look at it except as needed to support you, debug issues, or comply with law. You can export it any time as CSV.
Disclaimer of warranty
Pinvale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service. Use it for your business operations at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via email and take effect 30 days after notice.
